Get Started with Wingspan Health
Here is the step-by-step process of how you can get started with Wingspan Health.

Step 1: Sign up
Click the button on the top right of any page on our website
Or click here to sign up with Wingspan through your Google account or email!
Fill out a questionnaire so we can get to know you
Then answer a few questions in a short six-part questionnaire about yourself for us to get to know about you and understand how you feel about healthcare.
Step 2: Connect your health accounts
Add as many healthcare providers as you want to your account
After signing up with Wingspan, you will be asked to connect your online doctor's accounts also known as patient portals. You can check out our list of 1200+ healthcare providers to see if your doctor is connected with us.
To get a full picture of your health, we recommend connecting as many accounts that you currently have now and have previously used in the past.
If you don't remember your passwords for a patient portal, no sweat! Check out our blog post on how to see your saved passwords as well as this post if you still can't log in to your patient portal.
Here are the questions you will be asked
What type of doctor are you connecting with?
Responses: primary care, specialist, emergency or urgent care, lab, other providers
What type of organization does this provider work for?
Responses: independent practice, part of a health system, not sure
Where is this primary care provider located?
Responses: list of all states in America
Select a healthcare organization to connect to.
Responses: list of currently connected healthcare organizations with Wingspan (check out our list of 1200+ healthcare providers we’re connected with)
Here’s what you can do if you don’t see your healthcare provider
Also! If you don’t happen to see your healthcare provider, click on the "I can't find my healthcare provider" link on the bottom right of the box.
Then fill out the following information:
Name of Practice or Organization
Practice or Organization Website
Patient Portal Website (optional)
After that, a member of our team will reach out to you through email once that provider has been connected to your Wingspan Health account.
Step 3: See your full health history
Once you get an email from our team that one of your health accounts has been connected with Wingspan, sign in back into Wingspan account, and as more of your online doctors’ accounts get connected with our platform.
Explore your dashboard on Wingspan to learn insights about your health history from all your providers in one place to make use of your medical information.
